Cabbage Kale


  • 1.5 kilogram Kale
  • 100 grams lard
  • 2 onions
  • salt
  • nutmeg
  • 250 milliliters broth
  • 250 grams meat and sausages

Preparation method (receipt)

Chop the cabbage. Sauté chopped onions in the melted lard, add the cabbage, sausage slices and meat, fry for 15 minutes. Pour the broth, add spices and salt. Boil on low heat for an hour.
