Cabbage-bacon salad


  • 0.25 head of white cabbage (young)
  • 0,25 teaspoons cumin
  • 0,5 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • black pepper
  • salt

Preparation method (receipt)

Chop finely the cabbage, place into the bowl, salt and add the vinegar, mash hard the cabbage to squeeze the juice. Add the oil and cumin. Sprinkle with black pepper.
