Buttermilk soup with semolina dumplings


  • 1 liter buttermilk
  • zest of one lemon
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla pudding powder
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons sugar for dumplings: 250 milliliters milk, 100 grams semolina
  • 3 eggs
  • flour

Preparation method (receipt)

Stir, bring to a boil the buttermilk with the lemon zest. Add vanilla pudding powder, stir. For the dumplings cook in milk until thick semolina with addition of salt, remove from heat, one to enter the egg (if necessary add the flour), spread a tablespoon of dumplings in the soup and cook. Egg whisk with sugar, put in the soup, stir and serve.
