Broth with semolina gnocchi with wild garlic


  • 70 grams butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 175 grams semolina
  • 45 grams fresh wild garlic
  • salt
  • pepper
  • nutmeg
  • 2 liter broth

Preparation method (receipt)

Chop the wild garlic, rub with butter. Add eggs, semolina, salt,pepper and nutmeg. Bring to a boil the broth. Place dumplings in the broth, cook under a cover on small heat for 20 minutes.
