Broccoli with almond oil


  • 500 grams broccoli
  • salt
  • 1 tablespoon almond petals
  • 40 grams butter

Preparation method (receipt)

Cut the washed broccoli florets into slices, blanch for 3-5 minutes in salted boiling water. In a frying pan fry the almond petals without oil until golden brown, add the butter, melt it. Season with almond oil broccoli.
