  • 260 grams pork breast
  • 40 grams liver
  • 1 large onion
  • 50g oats
  • pepper
  • salt
  • oregano

Preparation method (receipt)

Boil a pork breast for 1,5 hours and liver- for 30 minutes. Mince pork and liver with onion. Cook the porridge for an hour, mix with minced meat, season with salt, pepper and marjoram, form \"sausages\" and fry optionally.
