Breaded pork schnitzel


  • 4 pork schnitzels
  • 1 egg
  • milk
  • flour
  • 100 grams bread crumbs
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tablespoon margarine

Preparation method (receipt)

Place the flour on a plate. Shake the egg with the milk, pour into a flat plate. Sprinkle with salt crackers breaded in a third bowl. Add salt and pepper pork schnitzel, breaded them first in flour, dip in egg and roll in breadcrumbs, gently shake off the excess. Firmly press the batter and fry on both sides until golden brown.
