Bread soup


  • 100 grams stale wheat bread
  • 60 grams butter
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1.5 liter beef broth
  • 100 milliliters cream or milk
  • salt
  • pepper
  • nutmeg

Preparation method (receipt)
