Bread dumplings


  • 250 grams stale buns
  • 250 milliliters milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 small onion
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped

Preparation method (receipt)

Whisk milk with eggs and spices, add diced buns, mix and set aside for 20 minutes. Chop the onion, sauté in the butter and add to the bread mixture, add the parsley, mix until smooth, form 8 round dumplings and simmer for 30 minutes.
