Blackberry chutney


  • 500 grams fresh blackberries
  • 150 grams sour apples
  • 150 grams onions
  • 100 grams raisins
  • 100 milliliters red wine vinegar
  • 0,25 teaspoons salt
  • pepper
  • 200 grams gelling sugar
  • 0,25 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 0,25 teaspoons ground coriander

Preparation method (receipt)

Peel onions and apples, cut into small cubes. Put in a pan together with blackberries, raisins, vinegar and spices, bring to a boil and cook 10 minutes over low heat. A little cool. Sprinkle with sugar, gelling. Again bring to the boil and cook for 3 minutes. Hot pour into banks and tighten.
