Bethmännchen-cookies with almonds


  • 200 grams marzipan for baking
  • 80 grams icing sugar
  • 80 grams ground almonds
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon orange liqueur
  • 40 almonds, separated into halves
  • 4 tablespoons milk

Preparation method (receipt)

Crumble the marzipan, add the sugar powder, dround almonds, egg white and liqueur. Form small balls, place them omto the baking sheet, covered with the baking paper. Decorate witn almond on the top. Whsik yolk with milk, drizzle the cookies and bake at 175 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes.
