  • 50 grams fat
  • 50 grams butter
  • 2 onions, chopped finely
  • 300 grams mixed minced meat
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 80 milliliters water
  • 1 teaspoon concentrated beef broth
  • salt
  • pepper
  • paprika powder

Preparation method (receipt)

Sauté the diced onion in the melted fat with butter. Add the minced meat and fry until friability. Sprinkle with flour and pour the water, season with broth powder, paprika, salt and pepper, stew for a while.
