Beer soup


  • 2 medium onions
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1.25 liter of beef broth
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 4 slices of rye bread
  • 500 milliliters bright beer
  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon parsley

Preparation method (receipt)

Cut the peeled onion rings. Melt the butter in a large saucepan and saute onion. Pour the broth and cook for 10 minutes. Each slice of rye bread, cut into 4 pieces, soaked in beer and fry in butter. Rye toast arrange on plates, pour the onion soup, sprinkle with parsley and serve with a beer.
