Beer goulash


  • 500 grams pork goulash
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 0.5 teaspoons mustard
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic, passed through press
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 200 milliliters beer
  • 600 milliliters vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream

Preparation method (receipt)

Heat the melted butter, fry the pork until golden brown, season with salt, pepper and paprika. Add chopped onion, garlic and chopped carrot, mustard and tomato paste, fry not long. Pour the beer and bring to a boil, pour the broth and stew under a cover on low heat for an hour. Add sour cream in 5 minutes before the dish done.
