Beef goulash with pumpkin


  • 1 onion
  • 800 grams beef goulash
  • 750 grams pumpkin(Butternut)
  • 1 red sweet pepper
  • 1 green sweet pepper
  • 250 milliliters red wine
  • 500 milliliters broth
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 chilli pepper
  • salt
  • pepper
  • sweet paprika
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 bay leaves

Preparation method (receipt)

Peel the onions and cut into thin strips. Heat the oil and fry the beef and onions. Season with salt, pepper, paprika spice, add the chilli and tomato paste. Pour the wine and broth, boil, add the bay leaf and simmer for 1.5 hours on low heat. Pumpkin and sweet pepper cut into slices, add to the meat for 15 minutes until tender.
