Bavarian carrot salad


  • 400 grams of cleaned carrot

  • salt with herbs
  • 4 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
  • 125 milliliters vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • chive
  • parsley

Preparation method (receipt)

Slice carrots into thin slices. Cooking in a glass dish with the addition of water under the cover in a microwave oven for 7 minutes using 900 watts. Pour the remaining water. Cook dressing of vinegar, olive oil, sugar, salt and spicy broth, pour it carrots, stir, let stand at least 30 minutes, sprinkle with parsley, chives and serve.
