Barley porridge with meat

Ingredients

  • 3.5 kilogram pork (cheeks, etc. - with the skin)
  • 1.5 kilogram pork offal: heart, tongue, liver
  • 1 kilogram beef
  • 1 kilogram onions
  • 4 liter broth
  • 500g barley
  • allspice
  • salt
  • pepper
  • nutmeg
  • Worcestershire sauce

Preparation method (receipt)

Boil until cooked meat, mince. Boil until cooked barley broth for 1 hour, leaving 1.5 liters of broth. Mix with minced meat. Cook for another 1 hour, if necessary, adding the broth. Spice up.
