Barberry sauce


  • 300 grams fresh barberries
  • 150 grams brown sugar
  • 100 grams honey
  • 180 milliliters red wine
  • 125 milliliters natural cherry juice
  • 20 grams corn starch

Preparation method (receipt)

Put in a wide pan of barberry berries, add the sugar, red wine, honey and put on fire, after boiling, remove the abundant foam, cook for 10-15 minutes. Through a sieve, thickened with cornstarch diluted in cherry juice.
