Baked in foil trout


  • 1 trout, gutted
  • dry white wine
  • olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter with greens
  • 0.5 clove of garlic
  • 0.5 carrot, sliced into thin circles
  • 0.25 stalk leek, thinly sliced
  • 0,25 lemon
  • salt and pepper

Preparation method (receipt)

Prepare sheet of foil to wrap the whole trout. Oil the foil with olive oil, and place a trout. Season both sides and inside with salt and pepper. Fill the fish with leek, carrot and garlic. Make incisions and place the slices of lemon and oil with herbs. Drizzle dry white wine over the fish, fold up the foil loosely, grabbing at the edges and crimping together tightly to make a packet. Bake in the oven at 175 degrees Celsius for about 25 minutes.
