Mix cottage cheese, flour, semolina, salt and egg, leave the dough for 30 minutes. Cut the dough into 6 portions. On lightly floured hand, roll out portions of dough to layers. Place plum in the middle of the layer, seal the edges and put them in deep form close to each other. Cut into quarters remaining plums and place between dumplings. Pour 1/3 milk over plums and bake at 160 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes, add remaining milk and bake for another 20 minutes.
