Baked flounder with bacon


  • 1 flounder fillet
  • 30 grams bacon with meat viens, diced
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 0,5 one lemon juice
  • salt and ground white pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • parsley
  • vegetable oil

Preparation method (receipt)

Wash the fillet, dry, drizzle with lemon juice, season with salt and white pepper, flour the fillet. Fry in the vegetable oil on the each side until golden brown for about 7 minutes. Fry diced bacon in an another pan until crispy crust, add the melted butter, let to foam and place on the fish fillet, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
