  • 800 grams broccoli

  • 150 grams grated Gouda cheese

Rinse broccoli, cut into florets, stem - slices, blanch in salted boiling water for 3 minutes, discard in a colander. Put the broccoli in a greased form, sprinkle with grated cheese 100 g. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. Mix until smooth vegetable soup, sour cream and flour, bring to a boil and cook for a few minutes over low heat, add salt and pepper, remove from heat, add the remaining cheese and parsley.
