Bacon-wrapped pork medallions


  • 350 grams pork loin
  • 6 slices of smoked bacon
  • mustard
  • ground black pepper
  • 1 cup of cream
  • butter

Preparation method (receipt)

Cut the pork into 6 medallions. Grease the bacon with mustard, sprinkle with pepper and wrap the medallions. Place into the baking form, place the piece of butter on the top and bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes.
