Bacon-wrapped green beans


  • 10 slices of black forest ham
  • 500 grams green beans
  • 200 grams cream
  • 4 shallots
  • 2 cloves of garlic 20
  • grams butter
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 100 grams dry white wine

Blanch beans in a salted boiling water until \"al-dente\", strain. Sauté chopped shallot and garlic in the butter, pour the white wine and spices, add the bay leaf, let to evaporate by half. Pour the cream, bring to a boil and let boiling a bit. Wrab beahs in the bacon, place into buttered baking form. Pour with the sauce and sprinkle with cheese, bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
