Boil for half. Stir in salt, pepper, chilli, olive oil and honey until the vinaigrette. Diced avocado sprinkled with lime juice, salt and pepper. In a serving ring put avocado, mozzarella and mango layers. Seal with a spoon, drizzle with dressing, remove the ring. Mix arugula with the remaining vinaigrette and garnish with lettuce. Sprinkle with nuts and serve.
