Apple liqueur with cinnamon


  • 600 milliliters fresh apple juice
  • 900 grams sugar
  • 900 milliliters vodka
  • 8 clove sticks
  • 25 grams ground cinnamon

Preparation method (receipt)

All ingredients except the vodka bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes and pour the vodka, stir and pour into a sealed container. Leave to mature for 4 weeks. Strain through a sieve, pour into bottles.
